This privacy policy is relevant to the domains https://livingprague.com and https://www.livingpraguetours.com. Below both of these are referred to simply as “livingprague”. This covers what data is collected, the data type, who owns it, what we do with it, who can access it and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

Newsletter
To receive the livingprague newsletter it is necessary only for a name and email. This data is not held by livingprague but can be managed by livingprague. Your first step is to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Your second step is to Contact Me so I can remove the contact entry from the list. Also see the Third Parties section below.
Contact History
If you contact me via the contact form or directly by email then the said contents are held offline. If you wish for these records to be deleted then an email request from the email address in question must be received by livingprague. After deletion you will receive a confirmation and that email will then be deleted.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Who we share your data with or Who May Access the data
Livingprague may collect non-personal i.e. aggregated statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. Livingprague may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, livingprague does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Livingprague discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, partners and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on livingprague’s behalf or to provide services available at livingprague websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to a third party unless identified in it’s own privacy policy. Some of those employees, partners and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using livingprague, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Livingprague does not engage in profiling or marketing and will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and/or personally-identifying information to anyone. Livingprague discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when livingprague believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of livingprague, third parties or the public at large.
How long we retain your data
Any history of contact with livingprague via email is stored offline by livingprague indefinitely unless a request for deletion is received. Hence this data may include home/business addresses and/or telephone numbers depending on the content of the email and signature. For walking tour clients a first name, contact email and country of origin is stored offline by livingprague indefinitely unless a request for deletion is received.
Non-personal data relating to visitor statistics is exclusively held by Google Analytics where data retention is set at 50 months.

Third Parties – Interaction with and Data Retrieved From
During your interaction with livingprague it may be that you have contact with one or more of the various third parties listed below. It is understood that any use of Third Parties via livingprague requires the user to read and understand the Privacy Policy of the Third Party. Third Parties linked to by livingprague include but are not limited to the following:
Google. Adverts and aggregated data held respectively by Google Adsense and Google Analytics. Their Privacy Policy statement can be viewed at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
PayPal. No customer financial information is stored by livingprague. Data relating to livingprague products as processed by the PayPal gateway. You can check their Privacy Policy at https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full
Stripe. No customer financial information is stored by livingprague. Data relating to livingprague products as processed by the Stripe gateway. You can check their Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/en-cz/privacy.
Turitop (walking tours). No customer financial information is stored by livingprague. Data relating to tour clients using the Turitop system is held exclusively by Turitop whose Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.turitop.com/en/privacy. Booking data can be deleted from the system by request only after the booking or by the cancellation process prior to the booking taking place.
GetYourGuide (Activities). No customer financial information is stored by livingprague. Data relating to any booking of tours and activities via the GetYourGuide website. Their privacy policy is at https://www.getyourguide.com/privacy_policy
Mailchimp (newsletter). You can unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter at any time. I can delete the list contact entry. If you have any other concerns about archived data then the Mailchimp privacy policy is at https://mailchimp.com/gdpr/.
Yahoo (backup for contacts). Some incoming emails are forwarded to Yahoo Small Business email address although no business is conducted via YSB. The YSB privacy policy is at https://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/privacy-notice.

Social Networks
Livingprague keeps no online or offline records of Social Network identities or interactions. Each Social Network platform including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trip Advisor, Pinterest and Youtube etc has it’s own privacy statement and you have the option to remove “Livingprague” and/or “Livingpraguetours” from your platform.
How We Protect Your Data
Livingprague takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information including but not limited to offline storage, security focused web themes, local anti-viral precautions and commercial enhanced firewall security.
Getting Data Deleted
Even though livingprague keeps a bare minimum of offline data in the form of emails and/or spreadsheets largely restricted to a first name, an email address and country of origin you can still contact me to ask what data I have and that it can be deleted. Contact Me but note that any deletion request should be from the original email address used.
Changes/Updates
Although most changes are likely to be minor, livingprague may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at livingpragues’ sole discretion. Livingprague encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
